Mike Fiorentino

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike’s career in healthcare spans more than twenty five years where he held positions of increasing scope and responsibility with pharmaceutical and medical devices companies such as Bayer Healthcare, Convatec, Pfizer and Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Mike has a wealth of sales and marketing knowledge covering a broad base of therapeutic categories and has fostered relationships with hundreds of stakeholders and decision makers in the healthcare industry.

Prior to co-founding Arylide Life Sciences, Mike was EVP, Sales & Marketing and served on the board of directors of Pleio Health Support Systems, an innovative company doing business in the medication adherence and healthcare IT space. Mike was a co-founder of Pleio and helped guide the company through a successful M&A process.

Marc Lafoley

Vice President Commercial Operations

Marc has more than 25 years of industry experience with a varied background that is an asset to the development, commercialization and lifecycle management of healthcare products such as biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals, and rapid diagnostics.

Marc’s experience spans multiple disciplines including strategic planning, analytics and forecasting, brand and sales management, eMarketing, patient support and education, as well as medication compliance and persistency. His experience spans multiple therapeutic areas including cardiology (dyslipidemia, hypertension), gynaecology, haematology, oncology, pain management, neurology, radiology, urology, and virology.

Amy Harris

Director, Consumer & Trade Marketing

Amy has close to 20 years of experience in the Consumer Goods Industry with reputable companies like Gillette, Coty and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Amy’s most recent role was with Beiersdorf, manufacturer of NIVEA, as Associate Director of Shopper and Customer Marketing where she managed a cross divisional team of specialists in category management, promotions management and shopper marketing. Over the course of her career, Amy has acquired extensive experience in the fields of Shopper & Customer Marketing, Go-To-Market Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Analytics and Finance & Admin. Amy’s understanding of both consumer & customer needs, combined with her solid cross-divisional business acumen are strong assets to the organization.
